The college is managed by the Cochin Devaswom Board, Thrissur, a statutory body created under the Travancore-Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act 1950.The members of the Board are nominated by the Government of Kerala, primarily to look after the temple affairs in the old Cochin state. Sree Vivekananda College, Kunnamkulam is our sister institution, also managed by the Cochin Devaswom Board.
